At A.F Ferguson, Rashid also served as Country Tax Leader from 2014 to 2017 for Pakistan and Afghanistan. His tenure at A.F Ferguson marked a significant chapter in his career, where his strategic insights and leadership prowess contributed to the firm's success and reputation in the industry.
Rashid’s journey began his professional career with training with KPMG Taseer Hadi and later as the founding of Jawaid Qadeer Rashid and Co, a firm that later merged into Coopers & Lybrand in Pakistan, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and vision. His diverse experiences extend to his roles at Khalid Majid and Co, and the Pakistan Tourism and Development Corporation, where he held managerial positions, demonstrating his versatility and ability to excel in various domains.

Rashid Ibrahim’s leadership extends further, as evidenced by his role as President of the Rawalpindi Islamabad Tax Bar Association, and his contributions as a member of the World Bank team.
