Mr Sadiq Dar, for the initial years of his life, practiced in Labor Laws and Industrial Relations. He practiced in the U.S.A. for 12 years after completing his LL.M in Industrial & Commercial Law and worked with reputable institutions. He has rich experience of practicing and teaching labor laws. He taught several subjects to LLB and LLM classes for about 18 years before retiring in May 2001 as Head of the Law Department. He is involved in Labor Law and Industrial Relations, Service & Employment Law, Pre-Trial work, Conveyancing, and Drafting, rendering legal opinions and Consultancy to the Diplomatic Missions and NGOs.

Dr Atique Tahir possesses rich teaching and research experience and legal practice and consultancy of over 30 years. He has appeared before civil and criminal courts and is currently involved in arbitration, corporate, service matters, matrimonial issues, pre-trial work, and drafting legal opinions. His research areas of interest include human rights, legal philosophy, family laws, and ethics. He has over 30 publications to his credit, besides his book titled, ‘Dignity of Person- Concepts and Implications (A comparative Study of Shariah and Law).’

Ms. Anam Shah is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. She started her professional career in 2008 and has experience of working in the taxation department of A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of PwC), as Senior Manager for over ten years.
She has extensive experience in taxation and assurance matters and expertise in auditing standards and methodologies. Ms. Shah has served many clients from diverse sectors, including power, oil & gas, telecommunication, not-for-profit, financial institutions, expatriate staff. She regularly appears before the Commissioner Inland Revenue, Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue & Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue.

Ms Amina is an advocate of the High Court. Her work focuses on Corporate and Commercial law, research, drafting, and advisory work. She is a consultant to Safer Communities Foundation, which seeks to provide access to quality justice, training, and research. She brings together public and private partners to develop and sustain an efficient and credible justice system. She also serves on the board of Governors of Chal Foundation, a sustainable initiative to serve the physically challenged people of Pakistan. She has served on the board of Pakistan Women Lawyers Association, an NGO providing legal assistance to needy women, disseminating legal knowledge, lobbying for law reforms, and counseling women towards self-support.
