Barrister Zain Ul Abideen Qureshi specializes in transactional work. He has rendered advisory services to microfinance banks in Pakistan and specializes also in contentious and non-contentious banking, construction, engineering, infrastructure, project finance, and energy-related matters. He also has experience in drafting principal contracts both domestic and international construction contracts, and rendering legal opinions on Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Contracts, Institute of Civil Engineers (ICT) Contracts, New Engineering Contract (NEC), International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Contracts and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Documentation, and various tailored forms of transnational and domestic contracts, including, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) & Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Contracts.

Rohail Ajmal

Mr Rohail Ajmal is a former Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer of Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited where he served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, Head of Compliance, Head of Human Resource, Head of Business Operations and Company Secretary during his tenure. He is a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA, and a certified director from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
During a career stretching over 33 years, he has served at various banks in multiple capacities as an accountant. He served as a member of the board of directors of Pak Kuwait Takaful Company Limited, Saudi Pak Real Estate Company Limited, Fecto Cement Limited, and Pakistan Services Limited. He has also served on various committees, such as the Credit and Investment Committee, Purchase Committee, Human Resource Committee, I.T. Steering Committee, Investigation and Inquiry Committees of multiple companies.
Mr Rohail’s diversified experience extends to finance, accounting, auditing, treasury, project financing, project monitoring, compliance, procurement, human resource management, and business operations. He has directed divisions, departments, teams; developed compliance programs; implemented a code of corporate governance and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR).

Mr Sherazi is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. His practice areas include criminal, corporate, constitutional, general civil litigation, Ad hoc arbitration, pre-trial negotiations, conferences, settlements, and general consultancy in contentious matters. He has extensive experience in contract negotiations, drafting, vetting, and rendering legal advice on issues pertaining to commercial and construction contracts.

Mr Sheikh Iftikhar Ahmed is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. His practice areas primarily include business and complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented both individual and institutional clients in various high-stakes matters, including corporate litigation, contract, and matrimonial disputes and investigations involving white-collar crimes. He regularly appears in all the subordinate courts and tribunals, the High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Khuwaja Shaheryar Aziz

Khwaja Shaheryar Aziz is a Fellow Chartered Accountant. During a career stretching over 15 years, he has worked with A. F. Fergusons & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of PwC), in various capacities, Gelcaps Pakistan, a Hashoo Group Company, as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary; JS Investments Limited as Manager Internal Audit & Compliance.
During his career, he has overseen financial and corporate matters; has extensive experience liaising with key governmental organizations like Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Karachi Stock Exchange, Mutual Funds Association of Pakistan, and Central Depository Company; gained diversified experience in direct & indirect taxation, external audit, internal auditing, financial accounting. He has led various domestic and international advisory, due diligence, diagnostic reviews, auditing, corporate law, and taxation assignments.

He also has vast experience in providing taxation services to multinational and national clients, including advising on complex tax matters and representation before the tax authorities and appellate forums.

Muhammad Usman

Muhammad Usman is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant from Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. Mr Usman is a seasoned and result oriented professional with over 17 years’ diversified experience, both in the industry and the profession. His expertise includes taxation, reporting, secretarial practices, bank financing, contracting, assurance, and due diligence, etc. He has worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of PwC) in their tax section, providing services to multinational and national clients and representing clients before tax department and appellate forums.

Sana Ullah Zahid

Mr Sana Ullah Zahid is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and has conducted over 200 cases before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, and over a 1000 cases before the various high courts and several thousand before the Subordinate Courts. He has appeared in about 800 cases as Deputy Attorney General for Pakistan. His practice area includes Constitutional, civil and criminal matters.
